本文认为广州已进入大都市区发展阶段，应实施“辐射的集聚战略”，大都市区化重构与周边地区三个层面的空间关系和机制，有利于广州在更大的空间尺度范围内集聚，建成具有影响力的“大广州”，增强和提升中心城市的辐射能力。
This paper holds that Guangzhou that has entered the development stage of “metropolitan area”. It hence suggests that Guangzhou should adopt “radiating concentrated strategy” to strengthen and improve its radiating ability as a central city，integrate in a greater spatial scale，and build an influential “Great Guangzhou” based on spatial relationship and mechanism between the reconstruction of metropolitan area and three levels of the surrounding areas.
