本文从市场需求、供给、投资、贸易以及并购等方面对当前世界煤炭市场的基本特点和新动向进行分析。本文认为，2012年世界煤炭消费增速明显放缓，产能过剩压力增加，煤炭贸易相对活跃，主要国家投资增速大幅下滑，并购活动活跃程度下降，影响煤炭市场走向深层次因素的渐进作用逐步显现。本文预测2013年世界煤炭需求将逐步转暖，总体供给形势有所好转，投资增速有所回升，贸易仍将较快增长，煤炭资源海外争夺将趋于激烈。
The paper analyzed those basic features and new trends about the current world coal market from its demand, supply, investment, trade and mergers and acquisitions and other aspects. This paper also argued that the worldwide coal consumption growth has slowed down in 2012, the excess capacity has increased the pressure and the coal trades were relatively active. It is said too that the main state investment growth fell sharply, M & A activity decreased, and progressive role has gradually appeared with deeper factors which influenced the coal market. The paper forecasted worldwide coal demand in 2013that it would gradually warm up, and the overall supply situation would improve going with active investment growth. And trades would be in continually rapid growth as well as evidence that the coal resources would have more intense international competition.
