本文首先阐述了中东北非地区的能源发展状况，回顾和分析了该地区的能源储量、能源生产、能源消费和能源贸易状况；并从地区总体和主要国家两个层面归纳和阐述了能源发展战略，力争展现一幅相对完整的中东北非地区能源状况图画。在此基础上，结合“阿拉伯之春”和美国实施新的地缘战略等大背景，阐述中东北非地区的最新地区形势和未来的地缘政治走势，并据此提出我国的应对策略。
This paper firstly described energy development in the MENA region, reviewed and analyzed the regional energy reserves, production, consumption and trading conditions; it also summarized and explained the energy development strategies of the MENA region and its major countries, and strived to show a relatively complete picture of energy situation in this region. Combined with the background information of "Arab Spring" and the new geostrategic context that the United States implemented, the paper elaborated latest circumstances and future geopolitical trends in the MENA region aiming to be supportive to the coping strategies of China.
