In order to objectively and impartially evaluate the level of global environmental competitiveness, it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the global environmental competitiveness by fully mastering all aspects and internal mechanism of global environmental competitiveness, which needs to establish a set of indicators which can objectively and accurately reflect the global environmental competitiveness, and take into account its intrinsic structural characteristics. It can be evaluated and analyzed by using scientific and reasonable mathematical evaluation model.
