Canada has inherited the outstanding tradition of European countries’highlighting academic study in higher education. At the meanwhile，Canada also established a set of educational philosophy conforming its national conditions by absorbing the reasonable component about academic practice and application from its neighbor，the United States. Now more and more attention has been input to the development of graduate education in colleges and universities，and therefore，graduate enrollment has dramatically increased and the quality of education has also been improved significantly. Through those active explorations，Canada has walked out of a suitable path for their own postgraduate education development and explored out a model of cultivating their postgraduates，from which Canada had made makable achievements.
