鄢陵县是河南省生态文化建设比较成功的一个典范。当地政府明确提出“以花木改善生态、以生态承载旅游、以旅游激活三产”的发展思路，通过扶持产业项目、拓展服务平台、培育营销模式、打造产业链条等举措，走出了一条独具鄢陵特色的产业融合发展之路。园区在快速发展的过程中，也存在着产业优势受限、软件环境不足、同质竞争严重、资源分布不均等制约因素，必须采取卓有成效的改进措施，才能进一步推动当地经济结构的转型和升级。
Yanling was a successful model in constructing ecological culture. The local government guided its people onto the road integrating industries with characteristics. The road was composed of three ideas which are to use flowering wood to improve ecological environment，let ecological environment bear tourism industry，and use tourism industry to stimulate the third industry. In the development，the parks also met obstacles such as the limitation on superior industries，poor soft ware environment，severe homogeneous competition and unbalanced resources. So，effective measures must be taken to perform transition and promotion on economic structure.
