基于北京大气污染治理的电动汽车发展策略研究

目前北京市机动车保有量已经突破530万辆。研究表明,机动车尾气排放是导致北京空气污染的最重要因素之一。因此,发展电动汽车,用电动轿车、电动客车和电动货车替代传统的燃油轿车、客车和货车,不仅可以减少尾气排放,减少机动车的运营成本,而且可以降低对传统化石能源的过度依赖。建议通过加大科技投资力度、企业资产整合、推广瞬时更换电池的标准化,以及降低电动汽车使用成本和提高相对便利性等措施加速电动汽车对燃油车辆的替代。

Abstract

Severe air pollution adversely affect Beijing’s international image,tourism,investment and technology professionals gathered. Transportation is the key areas of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Currently,Beijing vehicle population has exceeded 5.3 million. Research shows that vehicle emissions are one of the most important factors leading to air pollution in Beijing. Therefore,the development of electric vehicles,electric cars,buses and trucks instead of the conventional fuel cars,buses and trucks,can not only reduce emissions,reduce vehicle operating costs,and more importantly can also reduce over-dependence on traditional fossil fuels. Adoption of technology investment,enterprise asset consolidation,standardization to promote instantaneous battery replacement,as well as reduce the cost of electric vehicles and increasing the relative convenience and other measures to speed up electric vehicles to alternative fuel vehicles.
