以北京市生育保险制度为研究对象，从国际比较与借鉴的视野和角度，分析了北京市生育保险制度的现状，以及与英国、德国、日本等发达国家生育保险制度的差异，最后在比较的基础上，认为北京市未来生育保险制度的改革，必须关注扩大生育保险覆盖范围、强化政府责任、增加父育假三个方面。
The paper takes the maternity insurance system of Beijing as the research subject. By using the international comparison and reference method，the paper analyses the status quo of Beijing’s maternity insurance system firstly. Then，it compares Beijing’s maternity insurance system with the developed countries ’maternity insurance system，such as Germany，Britain and Japan. At last，on the basis of comparison，the paper considers enlarging the covering area of Being’s maternity insurance system，strengthening the government responsibility，setting childcare leave for father as the three key points of future reform of Beijing’s maternity insurance system.
