生育保险是社会保障的一个重要组成部分。2014年2月12日，《北京市人口与计划生育条例修正案》正式通过“单独二孩”政策并进入实施阶段的背景下，本文研究北京市单独家庭生育意愿及其影响因素的前提下分析了单独二孩政策对生育保险产生的影响，并对《社会保险法》中生育保险的相关内容进行了分析，提出了完善生育保险制度的政策建议。
Maternity insurance as an important part of social security can promote women’s employment，social harmony，social protection and family stability. On February 12，2014，Beijing Population and Family Planning Ordinance amendment formally adopted Selective Two-Child Policy and into the implementation phase. In this paper，Single family fertility desires of Beijing and based on its influencing factors to analysis two-child policy has influence on maternity insurance and comment related content of the Social Insurance Law，in addition to suggest recommendations to improve fertility insurance policy.
