随着老龄化水平的增加和家庭人口结构的变化，公共服务的内容和提供方式也应当进行调整。北京市在老年公共服务方面做出了具体的实践，但也存在一些问题，如服务供给不足，财政补贴存在偏差，养老护理人员缺口较大等。需要从调整政府与市场的关系，进一步促进养老机构改革，适时建立长期照料保险等方面加以完善。
With the increasing of the aging level and changing of population and family structure，the content and modes of supply of public service should be adjusted. Beijing has made the concrete practice in the old age public service. Problems also exist such as financial subsidies deviation and nursing personnel shortage. Steps should be taken including adjusting the relationship between government and market，reforming public nursing homes and establishing long-term care insurance.
