在文献分析的基础上，提炼出影响产业人才集聚的因素，然后对丰台区四大主导产业的510名人才进行问卷调查，通过因素分析确定丰台区主导产业人才集聚环境要素框架，共有4项一级指标，14项二级指标。最后通过回归分析，得出产业环境中产业集聚对于一个地区的人才集聚力的影响最为强烈。
Based on a literature analysis，the factors affecting industry talents aggregation have been extracted，and then survey of 510 personnel of four leading industries in Fengtai District has been conducted. The environmental factors framework of talents aggregation of leading industries in Fengtai District has been determined through factor analysis，there are 4 first class indicator and 11 second class indicators. Finally，a conclusion has been made that the most intense factor that affecting talents aggregation in a region is the industrial agglomeration of the industry environment by using the regression analysis.
