京津冀跨区域科技协同创新是区域发展战略的重要组成部分，是创新驱动发展和京津冀协同发展的重要基础。跨区域科技协同创新需要建立一定的作用机制协调各子系统的相互作用关系，达到一定的协同创新效果。可以从动力机制、实现机制、评价机制几个方面建立京津冀跨区域科技协同创新的机制，通过三种协同创新机制共同作用，促进京津冀跨区域科技协同创新的发展。
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cross-regional science and technology cooperative innovation is an important part and basis of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cross-regional development strategy.
