安全问题是长期困扰非洲发展的痼疾，冷战结束后，非洲安全问题在威胁源、冲突模式以及安全理念上出现新的变化和趋势。目前中国已成为非洲最重要的“外部利益攸关者”之一，但安全上的合作显然已经落后于政治、经贸领域的合作，并成为制约中非关系深入发展的一块短板。未来中国应当主动探寻对非合作的新路径，在对非安全的机制建设、能力建设和话语权等方面下功夫，构建出一条适应中非关系持续发展的新型安全合作模式。
Security issues pose the main obstacle for African development. After Cold War，new changes and trends are emerging in African security issues including the cause of threat，patterns of conflict and security philosophy. Currently China has been one of the most important foreign stakeholders for Africa，but Sino-African security cooperation is lagging behind the political and economic cooperation obviously，which becomes the weak point in Sino-African relations. China should seek new security cooperation approach with Africa in the future，especially in the fields of mechanism building，capacity building and discourse power，aiming to construct a new and sustainable security cooperation model.
