Social problem relating the increasing population of automobile, traffic congestion and safety is one of the focusing aspects of contemporary urban development. To solve the problem many large cities have formulated traffic development strategies in view of urban development objectives. The strategies consist of condensed urban space, short distance transportation and, high quality public transportation. These strategies have provided practical reference for us to solve metropolitan traffic dilemma.
