国际城市人口规模的扩大为城市带来了丰富的人力资源，同时也引发了大城市病。发达国家国际性都市都曾采用过行政、经济和规划等手段对城市人口规模加以调控，从而促使城市步入有序且可持续的发展轨道。本文着重阐述国际城市应对城市人口规模扩大的经验与措施。
The urban population expansion of international city has brought a wealth of human resources and triggered a big city disease. International City in developed countries has taken the administrative, economic and planning tools to control the size of the urban population, thus promoting the city into an orderly and sustainable development track. This paper focuses on the experience and measure of the foreign metropolis in response to the expansion size of the urban population.
