面对全球化的迅速发展及日益激烈的城市竞争,2008年,中国台北市在《未来十年规划纲要》中提出打造融水岸、人文和科技力高度发展为特色的世界一流都市。为实现这一目标,台北市进行了一系列的战略部署,主要内容包括:台北亚太地区文化创意产业的“领导品牌城市”建设,推动建立台北市文化建设发展基金,营造文化消费环境推动台北市文化观光发展,整合资源提升文化艺术节庆质量及影响力,动员民众共同参与等。台北城市建设注重文化领域建设,目的在于通过城市文化建设促进城市发展。
Taipei Municipal Government formulated to become a top class world city characterized with waterfront, humanity and IT in"10 Year Development Plan Outline". To realize the objective, Taipei has carried out strategies such as to develop as the leading Asian city of creative industry, to establish "Taipei Cultural Development Foundation", to push cultural consumption and cultural tourism, to utilize resource to improve the competence and influence of cultural festival, and, to encourage public participation in cultural events. The paper has tried to provide Taipei as a reference to cultural development in the 12th "Five Year Plan".
