自“全球创意城市网络”诞生以来,已有设计、文学、音乐、民间艺术、电影、媒体艺术、烹饪美食七大类共计31个城市加入此网络。本文介绍了“全球创意城市网络”的基本宗旨、运行机制和文化多元特征,并以韩国首尔和德国柏林两个设计之都为案例,对创意城市的形成机制和有效做法进行了概括和总结,以期对后来者有所启示。
Since the born of"Creative Cities Network", there have been design, literature, music, folk art, movies, media art, cooking food count up to seven classes and total of 31 cities to join the ranks.This paper introduces the basic principle, operation mechanism and multivariate culture characteristics of the "Creative Cities Network", and take Seoul and Berlin, the two capitals of design, to summarize and conclude the formation mechanism and effective practice of building creative cities, in order to enlightenment to newcomers.
