20世纪70年代以来，随着城市化进程的不断推进，越来越多的城市内出现了分异、极化、二元城市、不均、破碎化等现象，成为当今城市社会景观的真实写照。市区老化、社会排斥、包容性缺乏对城市的可持续发展提出新的挑战。为避免“城市鸿沟”的继续扩大，世界许多国家都采取了积极的社会经济政策，解决由来已久的城市发展不公正等问题。本文着重介绍了“城市鸿沟”的含义及目前国外缩小“城市鸿沟”的策略，提出了解决中国城市二元现象、消除“城市鸿沟”、促进城市和谐发展的借鉴意义。
Since the 1970s,with the development of urbanization, the phenomenon of division,inequality,fragmentation and segregation appears in more and more cities.Urban divide becomes a new challenge for urban development.In order to narrow urban divide, many countries have adopted positive social and economic policies, to resolve injustice and other problems.This paper focuses on the meaning of urban divide and the foreign policies of narrowing the urban divide, which has an model value to China to eradicate of urban dual structure in Urban, narrow the urban divide, promote the harmonious development of the city.
