汉堡市是德国第二大城市，也是德国重要的经济中心之一。20世纪80年代后，受到全球产业变迁的影响，整个城市与附近区域陷入萎缩与萧条，人口大幅衰减，经济陷入危机。然而，经过近20年的积极转型，汉堡又重新成为德国最重要的经济成长中心之一，并跻身“全球宜居城市排行”前20名，成为德国最受欢迎城市之首。本文着重介绍了汉堡市在规划框架指导下实现城市复兴的转型经验，这对于中国转型中的许多城市都具有范本价值。
Hamburg is the second largest city and one of the most important economic centers in Germany.After the 1980 s, by the influence of globalization, the whole city and the surrounding area fall in atrophy and depression, while its population decline very fast, and the economy in crisis.However, after nearly 20 years of positive transformation, Hamburg has become the most important economic growth center and the most popular cities in Germany, and among one of the ‘Global city rankings' top 20.This paper introduces the transformation experience of city Renaissance under the guidance of planning framework, which has an model value to many cities in transformation.
