This study briefly introduces the current situation of the laws and regulations of the Macao Special Administrative Region. It discusses five main sources of the laws and regulations of Macao SAR and elaborates the law reforming plan and organization of Macao SAR. The study focuses on analyzing the reform causes，processes and difficulties encountered in the law reform process. Based on the discussions above，the study envisages the future of the law reform of Macao SAR，and further summaries the positive factors and focuses of the law reform of Macao SAR.
