基民盟/基社盟和自民党于2009年组建联合政府以来,推出了一系列社会政策改革措施,主要内容涵盖劳动力市场政策、家庭政策、社会保险政策等诸领域。本文结合政党差异理论和否决玩家理论,解释达成这些改革措施的原因,并说明各个政党的不同立场,从中也可折射出德国2013年9月22日大选后可能在社会政策领域里出现的新调整。
Since the CDU/CSU and FDP formed a coalition government in 2009,they have implemented a series of social policy reform measures,including the labor market policy,family policy and social insurance policy.The analysis of this paper,based on the party difference theory and veto player theory,focuses on the reasons for the implementation of these reform measures and the different positions of all parties,which also reflects the potential new adjustments in German social policy after the Bundestag election on September 22,2013.
