China has become the world second country to undertake offshore services outsourcing.Guangdong as the first large foreign trade province in China,there is a certain gap in international service outsourcing between Jiangsu and Beijing and other province,such as service outsourcing in small scale,low industrial concentration,regional characteristic is not obvious,at the low end of value chain links and so on.Therefore need to start from the aspects of industrial planning,development power,personnel training and business environment and so on to promote the development of service outsourcing industry.
