任何一次大的危机,往往都是一个大浪淘沙的过程。韩国在过去的十年间,先后经历了两次金融危机的打击。面对危机,韩国和韩国企业先是实施大刀阔斧的内部结构调整,之后立即投入到全面的全球化进程中。本文以三星电子、LG电子等韩国先进企业为例,重点剖析了其新兴市场战略、经营理念与经营模式的创新及其成效。而韩国先进企业全球化战略的成功,则离不开特定的宏观环境和政府政策的有力支持。
Financial crisis likes a mighty wave crashing on a sandy shore,and only the superior enterprises can survive after it.In the past ten years,South Korea has survived from two financial crises.Faced with the crisis,South Korea and its enterprises firstly adjusted the organizational structure drastically,and then devoted their attention to the overall Economic Globalization.This paper takes Samsung Electronics、LG electronics and other South Korea advanced enterprises for example to help analyzing the emerging market strategy,management concept and the business model's innovation and effect.We finally find that the success of South Korea advanced enterprises in globalization strategy cannot be achieved without the specific macro environment and the support of government policy.
