本文通过对中国中间品贸易近十年数据的统计分析，探讨了中国中间品贸易在全球生产中的定位，揭示了中国对外贸易的“中国组装”模式，并在此基础上探索中国企业产业转型和技术升级的路径，提出以中间品技术升级为渠道和传导方式的企业发展思路，并对中间品贸易模式的相关优势做出相应的总结。
Basing on the statistics and analysis of Chinese intermediate trade situation of last decade,this paper discussed the global product position of Chinese intermediate trade,made the Chinese assembling model revealed especially in Chinese foreign trade.Meanwhile,the paper tried to explore the path of industrial restructuring and technological upgrading for Chinese enterprises.Some ideas of developing channels and methods basing on intermediate technology upgrade were put forward and some advantages of intermediate trade were summarized at the end.
