The research analyzes the development environment of IPR protection of Guangzhou at home and abroad, examines current status and problems of Guangzhou's IPR protection based on field investigation, and puts forward countermeasures to implement Intellectual Property Strategy and impel Guangzhou's IPR strategic project.
