广州要建设国家中心城市、国际商贸中心,必须加快企业“走出去”步伐,充分利用国外市场和国外资源,培育和形成一批具有自主品牌和知识产权的本土跨国公司。本文在剖析广州企业国际化经营的现状以及外部经济环境变化所带来的机遇和挑战的基础上,借鉴国内外城市有益经验,提出广州培育大型跨国集团公司的战略路径和对策建议。
In order to build national center city and international trade center, Guangzhou has to speed up on enterprises' "going out", take full advantage of overseas markets and resources, nurture and form a range of local multinational enterprises with proprietary brand and intellectual property.This study analyzes the current status of Guangzhou enterprises' going international, elaborates the opportunities and challenges these enterprises face, explores into experience of domestic and oversea cities, and puts forward feasible strategies for Guangzhou to nurture local multinational enterprises.
