本文阐述了广州对外开放和开放型经济的发展现状，在分析当前开放型经济存在的主要问题与面临挑战、机遇的基础上，确立了广州外经贸战略转型的目标与任务，提出提升利用外资质量、转变外贸发展方式、大力实施“走出去”战略、加强国际区域合作、优化外贸发展环境等五大保障措施。
The research illustrates the current status of Guangzhou's open economy development.Further, based on the analysis of the primal problems of the open economy development and the challenge and opportunity that were faced, the research establishes the target and tasks of the foreign trade strategy transformation of Guangzhou, and proposes five supporting measures, including promoting the quality of foreign investment utilization, transforming the development mode of foreign trade, implementing "Going abroad" strategy, strengthening the international regional cooperation, and optimizing the foreign trade development environment.
