Taking advantage of the opening and reforming in China, Guangzhou obtains a spirit of "dare to think and do" and the innovation character which is also rooted in Linnan culture, and released innovation vitality that pushes rapid economic and social development. However, from the perspective of innovation city construction, modern urbanization development strategy implementation, and science development promotion, the innovation culture construction in Guangzhou is confronting many problems and opportunities.
