近年来，广州市以财政专项资金为引导，大力发展电子商务，培育现代服务业新业态，促进产业转型升级取得明显成效，一批代表现代服务业新业态、新模式的电子商务创新型企业迅速成长。本文通过对广州本土企业“梦芭莎”电子商务平台的发展和模式分析，对广州产业转型升级、智慧经济发展提出了几点启示。
Led by financial special fund, Guangzhou has developed e-commerce greatly, cultivated modern service industry and promoted the industry transformation and upgrading effectively. A new bunch of e-commerce enterprises representing the new type of industry and mode have developed quickly.
