本文围绕构建中美新型合作伙伴大国关系，从四个方面作了比较全面的回顾和探讨：必然性，和平与发展的时代潮流使其然；可能性，30多年中美关系发展所打下的基础使其可能；困难性，中美关系的特殊复杂和面临的严峻挑战增加了这一构建的难度；可行性，中美双方共同努力，释疑增信，管控分歧，从亚太地区做起，构建新型大国关系是可以实现的。
Centering on the building up the new type of Sino-U.S. cooperative partnership relations,this paper offers a relative comprehensive and exploration from four perspectives: ①The current trends of the post-cold War era make the build-up of this new type of relationship necessary; ②The development of Sino-U.S. relations in the past over 30 years makes it possible; ③the special complexity and the grave challenges that both China and the U.S.face makes it difficult; ④However,the build-up of this new-type is workable so long as both sides decrease mistrust and enhance trust,manage and control disputes,and make benign interaction in the Asian-Pacific region through their concerted efforts.
