In the year of 2013，Poland’s economy grew slowly，but the quarterly GDP data showed a visible recovery.However，PM Tusk announced a set of policies resulting in widening deficit and public debts. The transfer of private pension funds by the government to the state may be unconstitutional. PM Tusk replaced some of the top cabinet officials in order to bolster his administrative control. Poland hosted COP19，but it was criticized for not having fulfilled its mission. Poland as well took some actions in the field of defense policy. Poland and China kept good relations in 2013. Poland-Japan Summit Meeting was held and a joint military exercise launched in this year.
