2010年中欧四国分别举行议会或总统选举，右翼政党或政党联盟在大选中获胜，四国政治天平出现右倾。四国经济逐步走出世界金融危机的阴霾，进入2010年表现出复苏势头。四国经济发展面对的主要难题是实现刺激增长与紧缩财政之间的平衡。四国间关系虽偶有波折，但总体平稳；与中国的政治、经贸关系继续保持多年来的良好发展。
All the parliamentary or presidential elections held in the four middle European countries in the year of 2010 were won by the right-wing parties or party coalitions，showing a tendency of rightwardness. The economy of these countries has gradually ridden out the financial crisis and showed trends of recovery at the beginning of 2010. The major difficulty encountering the four countries is how to realise the balance between economic stimulus and financial austerity. Generally speaking，the relationships among the four countries remain steady although twists and turns emerge here and there. Finally，relationships between the four countries and China run as smoothly as those in the past years in the fields of politics，economy and trade.
