The Central and Eastern European countries all suffered serious economic recession because of the global financial crisis. The sharp decrease of exports and foreign investment on which the economies of these countries depend heavily led to a series of problems including currency devaluation，increasing unemployment rate，sharp drop in domestic demand and the growth of government deficit. The domestic political situations of these countries were accordingly adversely affected and the choice of economic policy became the most decisive factor influencing their political pattern.
