As the Financial crisis is still exerting negative influences on Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova, they have, suffered from a high level of budget deficit, to continue implementing tightening policies, which has led to dissatisfaction from the opposition and the public. Due to a lack of absolute majority in the parliaments, each of the ruling parties in the three countries had to form alliance to maintain their position.Bulgaria has already suffered a no-confidence vote from the opposition while Romania may face a similar possibility.In addition, both of them had to postpone their plan to join the Schengen area. These three Eastern Balkan countries maintain a friendly and steady relationship with China.
