在欧债危机愈演愈烈背景下，中欧关系仍然继续深入并取得重要成果。中国“十二五规划”和“欧洲2020战略”的同步实施为中欧深化合作提供了一个新的契机，但在欧债危机的冲击下，中欧关系也被披上另一种复杂的阴影；欧洲政界和媒体在中国援欧问题上表现出来的矛盾心理，不仅反映了中欧关系中双方利益纠葛的一面，同时也表明中欧关系在深化相互信任、推动相互了解方面仍有很多工作要做。
The European Commission decided to include aviation in the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (EU-ETS) from 2012, which will profoundly affect all the aircraft operators, especially those in the emerging economies where aviation business is developing very fast, provided that they operate flights departing from and/or arriving in an aerodrome in the EU. What drives the EU towards taking such a step lies more in its ambition to bring under its control the mechanism for reducing global GHG emissions than in its intention to reduce the GHG emissions.
