能源政治是国际政治的重要一翼，能源纠纷更是常常成为国际热点问题，本文根据研究需要将全球划分为欧洲、亚洲、非洲、拉丁美洲四个区域，分析了这些区域内2006年以来发生的主要能源纠纷，展示了这些能源纠纷的由来、进展和未来发展趋势。根据对12个主要能源纠纷个案的分析，总结出全球能源政治的若干特点。最后，结合中国的现状就中国未来的总体能源战略提出自己的建议。
Energy politics is an important part of international politics，and energy disputes always become the hot-spot issues of international relations. By categorizing the world into four regions：Europe，Asia，Africa and Latin America，the author reviewed twelve energy issues happened in these regions since 2006，outlined their origins，progress and future trends，and summarized the characteristics of global energy politics. Finally，the author proposed his own ideas on China’s future energy strategy.
