本文选取了重要国际学术期刊发表的一些文献，对2009～2010年度国际关系的研究进行了扫描。主要的议题涉及世界格局、国际规范、国际关系理论、非传统安全、核战略和政策、软实力等方面，简要阐述了这些方面出现的一些新观点和争论。这些议题的探讨进一步推动了国际关系学科的发展。
This article surveys the development of international studies during the 2009-10 periods. Major articles have been selected from leading journals. The main topics include the international situation，international norms，international relations theory，ambiguous strategies and policies，and nontraditional security and soft power. Some new progress in the field of the study of international relations is presented.
