上海合作组织建立以来，金融合作的制度建设逐步完善，中国与上海合作组织成员国的金融合作也顺利开展，具体表现为：金融机构间合作更加密切，各项优惠贷款逐步落实，银联体合作稳步发展，开发性金融收效显著，货币合作顺利开展。然而，尽管上合组织金融合作取得了较好的成绩，但金融合作仍是上合组织经贸合作中的短板，还存在许多问题亟待解决。
Since the founding of the SCO，the institutional construction of financial collaboration has improved gradually，the financial collaboration of China with the SCO has operated smoothly，the specific indicators of which are as follows：closer collaboration between financial institutions，step-by-step implementation of various favorable loan prgrams，steady development of bank consortiums，significant revenues out of opening financing，smooth operation of monetary collaboration. Although the SCO’s financial collaboration has made relatively good achievements，financial collaboration is its shortcoming，with many problems remaining to be solved.
