粮食安全是上海合作组织农业合作的一项重要内容。但由于对粮食安全的认识不同，上海合作组织的粮食安全合作还处在启动阶段。为此，本文以粮食安全为主题分析了上海合作组织成员国的合作意愿，并讨论上合组织粮食安全合作的发展方向。
Food security is an important component of agricultural cooperation in SCO . As member of SCO on food security has different status quo bias，the food security cooperation of SCO is still in slow development. In view of this，the paper will analysis willingness to cooperate of SCO on food security cooperation，and discuss the development direction of food security cooperation.
