There’s no doubt，the four new changes in international politics after the international financial crisis are increasingly shown by the following characteristics：the contrast of international power is in creasing at a more even rate；international political pattern is moving quickly towards multi-polarization，global instability is increasing，and global governance is accelerating the process of democratization.
