When commemorating the 95th anniversary of the October Revolution in 2012，Russian scholars put forward that they should explore Soviet civilization’s contemporary value in combination with the comprehensive degradation of Russian social sciences. They think that the fundamental character of Soviet civilization was to eliminate exploitation and embodied the principle of social equality in societ. Soviet civilization has made significant contribution to Russia and the whole world. At present，in order to find a way to come out of the crisis，the world will divert attention to the research experiences on Soviet civilization inevitably.
