在东北亚局势因受到日本日益右倾化、日朝突然接近等因素的影响产生新变化的背景下，中国国家主席习近平对韩国进行国事访问，取得了丰硕成果，提升了中韩双边合作水平，促进了互利双赢，对两国关系实现新的飞跃具有里程碑意义。虽然双方在一些问题上分歧依旧，但“四个伙伴”的提出极大地丰富了中韩战略合作伙伴关系的内涵，也为今后两国关系的健康发展确立了新的目标。目前，中韩关系的发展迎来了大好时机，如何为两国关系的进一步发展注入新的动力，是双方面临的共同课题。为此，最重要的是要做到“四个坚持”。
Under the circumstance in Northeast Asia mainly by the rising rightists in Japan，Japan-DPRK’s “suddenly” close and other factors，Chinese President Xi Jinping’s state visit to ROK was achieved with fruitful results. China and ROK not only has enhanced the level of bilateral cooperation，but promoted a win-win relations to reach a historical height as well. Although the both sides take differences on certain issues，“the Four Partners” both side have formed greatly enriched the connotation of bilateral strategic partnership between two countries and set a new target for further development. At present，Sino-ROK relations are facing opportunities for the further development of bilateral relations. How to have a new impetus is a common task for two sides. To achieve the goal，the most important thing is to stick to the “Four Insistence”.
