经历了2008年剧烈的金融动荡后，2009年越南经济基本稳住阵脚。政治和外交成为2009～2010年越南寻求突破的重点。2009年越南外交战略稳步推进，彰显影响力，国际地位明显提高。即将召开的越共“十一大”涉及越南政治改革的问题，成为各方关注的焦点。当前，越南国内各种思想和主张在激烈交锋。越共“十一大”将着力于破除发展道路上的理论束缚，并在政治革新上寻求较大突破，以推动经济社会的进一步快速发展。
After experienced severe financial turbulence in 2008，Vietnam’s economy in 2009 moved steadily. To seek a breakthrough in Politics and diplomacy became the focus of Vietnam in 2009-2010. Vietnam promoted it’s diplomatic strategy steadily，and highlighted it’s international influence in the past year. However，the upcoming 11th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam likely bring a result of political reform in Vietnam，became the focus of attention. Since 2009，Communist Party of Vietnam began to undergo a comprehensive preparatory work for the 11th congress. Currently，Ideas and proposals are in fierce debate in Vietnam.After the 11th Congress of VCP，Communist Party of Vietnam will focus on wiping out the constraints of theory on the road to development，and to seek greater political innovation breakthroughs in order to promote the further rapid development of economy and society.
