This report analyses the Musharaff-Bhutto Deal’s origin，process and impact，and also the tendency of Pakistan political development after the assassination of Mrs. B. Bhutto. It argued that the doom of “Musharaff-Bhutto Deal” would create negative impact to Pakistan’s political development and threaten the systematization of its political process for long term.
