一年多以来，南海局势发生了一系列变化。从总体上看，南海局势趋于复杂化，解决南海问题的难度在加大。本文对南海局势一年来的演变，以及主要相关国家的利益和策略考虑进行了分析，对中国在南海问题上的策略选择进行了探讨，认为中国需要保持自身立场的坚定性，实现应对手段的灵活性和多样性，向外界传递出更明晰的信号，并探索用多方面的综合手段解决南海问题的路径。
In the past one year, the situation in South China Sea underwent a series of complex twists and turns. As a whole, the situation in South China Sea is getting more and more complex, and it will be harder to find a solution of the South China Sea issue in the future. This article reviewed the evolution of the South China Sea issue in the past year, analyzed the national interests and behavior logic of related nations, and discussed the possible strategy that China could take. The article maintains that China needs to be firm with its foreign standpoint, send clearer policy signals to the outside world, have flexible and multiple measures with the South China Sea, and explore the possibility of solving the South China Sea issue with comprehensive measures.
