The foreign direct investment （FDI） in West Asia and Africa areas continues to maintain growth. West Asia’s capability of attracting FDI is greater. In recent years，growth of absorbing FDI in this area is rapid，but it shows clear concentration trend on countries and industry. The amount of Chinese investment in West Asia and Africa is small but the growth is significant. Saudi Arabia，Sudan，Zambia become the main investment destinations of Chinese companies. Bilateral investment cooperation will continue to develop through broadening industry areas and innovating cooperation mode.
