伊朗核问题成为近年来国际社会的热点问题。由于伊朗核问题不仅事关中东地区的安全与稳定，而且与世界主要大国在这一地区的利益息息相关。以美国、欧盟主要国家、俄罗斯为代表的主要大国对伊朗在核问题上的立场和发展事态密切关注。美国坚决反对伊朗发展核能，指责伊朗有发展核武器的势头和企图，不惜以军事手段相威胁。法、英、德等欧盟国家积极斡旋美国和伊朗的关系，并希望通过经济制裁迫使伊朗回到谈判桌旁。俄罗斯在积极斡旋的同时大力维护与伊朗的核合作，并借此拓展在中东地区的影响。
Iran’s nuclear issue has both close relations with the security and stability in Mideast and the strategic interests of powers in this region. Powers like U.S.，EU and Russia pay more attention to Iran’s attitude and strategy on nuclear issue. U.S. opposes to Iran’s position to develop nuclear power and denounce that Iran has the ambition to develop nuclear weapon. French，Britain and Germany，and other EU countries try to play their roles on nuclear issue，and they hope Iran to be back to negotiation table .Russia tries to maintain its traditional interest in Iran and enhance its influence in the Middle East.
