The end of 2009 witnessed the breakdown of the Dubai World debt crisis，which produced shock in the international financial markets. However，as the crises was rather a minor aftershock of the international financial crisis by nature with limited scale，it was quickly relaxed tanks to the support of Abu Dhabi，neither affecting the international financial situation and the world economic recovery or threatening the service oriented economic development strategy of Dubai in a significant way. The crises brought some lessons to be learnt for economic development of the UAE in the future.
