随着中国在世界经济版图中的重要性与日俱增，中国企业“走出去”成为必由之路。中国企业海外直接投资呈现快速增长态势，中国已经成为全球最主要的海外直接投资大国之一。中国企业海外直接投资的主要动机是躲避国内经营环境的制约，拓展海外市场，以及吸收先进技术和经验等。由于缺乏海外直接投资经验，对于海外发展的能力准备不足，中国海外直接投资的经济效益欠佳。未来随着中国企业海外投资经验日趋成熟，中国对外直接投资的行业将更加多元化，对欧美等发达国家的海外投资也会快速增长。
Since the importance of China’s economy on the world economic map growing faster，“Going Out” of Chinese enterprises is becoming the only way. The FDI of Chinese enterprises is growing rapidly，and now China becomes one of the main FDI countries in the world. The motivation of Chinese enterprises’ FDI is to avoid the constraints of domestic business environment，to expand overseas market，and to absorb advanced technology and experience，etc. Because of the deficiency on the experience of FDI and the lack of ability to prepare overseas development，the return on FDI is not good. In the future，with the maturing experience of Chinese enterprises’ FDI，the industry of FDI will be more diversified，and the FDI on Europe，America and other developed countries will grow rapidly.
