全球变暖是当今人类面临的重大公共问题，减缓和适应气候变化已成为全球治理中的核心议题。中国和欧盟是全球气候变化治理中的关键行为体，它们的合作对全球气候变化治理进程具有重要影响。中国与欧盟在低碳经济发展中相互依赖，在气候治理规则构建中面临博弈与竞争，在气候协议谈判中经历了从有限合作、开放合作到相互倚重三个阶段。中欧协调好在全球气候治理中的关系，既有助于双方解决各自的问题，也有助于提升双方在国际舞台中的地位。
Global warming currently is one of the major challenges faced by the whole world. Mitigation and adaptation to climate has become a core issue in global governance agenda. China and the European Union are two key actors engaged in global climate governance，on which their interactions have great influences. China and the EU depend each other in the development of low carbon economy，cooperate and compete at the same time in the construction of climate change rule-making，and come through three stages of in the UN climate change agreement negotiations. China and the EU should keep cooperation in global climate change governance，which is helpful for both parties to resolve their own problems and to enhance their international status.
